- Developed Inventory Sync Comparison Tool which was used by the Manhattans first MAWM customer Pet Supply Plus in their daily operation to ensure inventory accuracy in PROD during post Go Live. The tool has help to identify around 15-20 base defects/CIIs/gaps causing an inventory sync discrepancy.
- Active involvement in several rounds of Zero Downtime upgrade validation done for Code drops.
- Developed/handled the customer production environments by developing the Grafana Dashboard and alerts to detect health of the components, various transaction state inconstancies as well as infra-anomalies in the system.
- Worked closely with component teams during early and PEAK season business runs, CD upgrade validations and data preparations or clean-ups.
- Contribution towards analysis and troubleshooting production issues of Active WM, in various components like Receiving, Putaway, Pix, DC Inventory, Device Integration, Allocation, Work Release and Ship Confirm.
- Mentored new joiners on the performance monitoring tools, dashboards developed for Active WM.
- Created and documented process descriptions and process flows in the internal corporate wiki.
