• Coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives includes Subsea well head operation, Well head Platforms, crude stabilization, compressors, Gas treatment, Glycol unit, Gas Lift, produced water re-injection, Pipeline Pigging, Furnace, Flare, Gas turbine, Crude Oil Storage and Export.Ensure production targets are met and that the plant runs smoothly, efficiently, economically and safely.
• Calculating overall production balances and main figures related to oil and gas processing, Storage, loading and quality control.
• Diagnose the plant and equipment problems, put it up to concerned maintenance section, and prepare for the safe maintenance, follow-up of maintenance activity & safe re-commissioning of the equipment.
• Conducting the daily coordination meeting of Production/Maintenance supervisors for reviewing the maintenance activities and identifying priority jobs.Cooperate with Lead subsea team & Reservoir Team to prioritize intervention activities and to minimize the well downtime.
• Guiding production team to carry out, well optimization (Gas lifted wells), well acid stimulation (Producers & Injectors) and well integrity (Barriers Integrity test).Mentoring new employees, conducting competency assessments, identifying gaps and proposing developments using OTS level 3 assessment scenarios.Monitor & effectively Control the consumption of chemicals
• Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost Control Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresFor the new MOC being implemented, review the P&IDs, share the comments before the drawings finalized, support construction & commissioning activities, and ensure that these activities are carried out in accordance with the work permits issued.
• Strictly Implementing Company Safety Policies, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Permit to work system (PTW) and preparing Risk assessment (RA).Ensures cent percent compliance of PTW with agreed SIMOPS matrix.
• Maintain records for Overrides & Inhibits, Isolations and LOLC valves.
• Plan and carryout critical function tests as per SAP schedule.
• Ensure proper reporting of all accidents, incidents, and compliance to statutory reporting requirements for all Well Integrity issues including dispensations.
• Proper shift handover, shift wise field parameters data logging and being a member of ERP during crisis situations
