Key Responsibilites

  • Planning and On time scheduled maintenance of all P&M working at site.
  • Monitoring Operational- Optimal utilization of major P&M working at site.
  • Monitoring Equipment performance –To ensure high availability of all P&M working at site.
  • Monitoring of Safe P&M Operation at project site.
  • To keep Optimum Spares Inventory at site for scheduled maintenance.
  • Monitoring of hiring charges of Equipment with respect to sales of the project will reduce the overcasting and improve the financial planning.
  • Timely mobilization and Selection of Plant & Machinery as per site requirement.
  • Monthly inspection of P&M working at project site and preparing of Monthly inspection report.
  • EHS inspection of load carrying equipments, Lifting gears as per BOCW Central rules-1998.
  • To minimize O&M Expenses (Labour, Staff, Spares, Oil, Lubricants, Consumables & Agency Repairs).
  • To prepare Standard Operating Procedure and Hazard Identification & Risk Analysis of P&M working at site.
  • Monthly preparation of Hired P&M bills according to Logsheet inputs.
