· Managing all aspects of the facility/property management service delivery system on the client project; primarily Asset Management and Operations of (10+2 storied building area 160,000 sq ft.)
· Interface with Soft services and Engineering team at site to identify areas of improvement. Managing risk in soft services operations at site. Continuous improvement in processes and savings initiatives, replication of best practices.
· Inventory Management. GMP documentation for Inventory, Pest Control and Waste Management.
· Ensuring the readiness of BCP & all critical incidents are managed satisfactorily.
· Closing of open points identified in Internal as well as External (GMP & EHS) audits.
· Ensuring Safe work practices are followed by the site team / Contractors/Vendors to eliminate the risk of disruption to operations
· Ensure all safety procedures are available & followed at site.
· Controlled costs and optimized spending via restructuring of budgets for labor, capital assets, inventory purchasing and technology upgrades. Established and administered annual budget with controls to prevent overages, minimize burn rate and support sustainability objectives.
· Developed and maintained relationships with client and vendors through account development.
· Innovated ideas to reduce Carbon foot prints, water conservation, zero waste landfill etc.
· Achieved Excellence Award & recognition for contribution in supporting the business & continuous factory operation during Covid 19 lockdown and Leading Return to Office initiatives.
