Analyzed Sale Data of Food & Beverage manufacturer to understand the growth pattern and consumer preference. Sales Data,Social media and Google search data was used to understand the positioning of the brand and potential growth of brand in the future through time series correlation. Further strategy developed to increase the overall market share of client by 5% by reducing their price and brand having growth potential corresponding to search volume and social media post.
Conjoint optimization - Provided the price recommendation for McDonald's . The Price recommendation was provided by optimizing revenue having various Constraints (Guest count , unit sold , price movement) . COBYLA algorithm was used to done the optimization.
Scenario Planner - Scenario planner app was developed for Nestle Purina. This app shows the sale forecast for time series model based on parameters like ACV and SKU . The frontend was developing python Dash and the backend was developed in R.
Samsung POC- Customers segmentation was done on B2B sales data of Samsung based on sales pattern. Product,geography,Further the Cannibalization pattern was observed on the various product and SKU to obtain growth trajectory. K -means clustering used for segmentation.
