JOB DETAILS:-

• 36 TPH AFBC Boiler and 2*10 TPH WHRB coal and char fired boiler made by Thermax
• 12 MW Steam Turbine made by Sinipon
• Air cooling condenser (ACC) is being used as a condencer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Boiler hydro test at 96 kg/cm2 pressure.
• Boiler cold start up and hot start up
• Boiler overhauling
• Turbine cold and hot rolling.
• PRDS line charging.
• Deareator Charging.
• smooth and efficient operation as per requirement.
• Hogger and Ejector Charging .

Job Details-

• I have experience of erection and commissioning and operation in 3*160 TPH boiler (THERMAX)using of Blast furnace gas, coke oven gas and balance gas, 2*40 MW steam turbine (GE-TRIVENI),3 Turbo blower(BHEL). 228 cubic meter/hr DM plant, ETP ,ACW & MCW system.
• I have an experience in 32 MW GTG(SIEMENS) and 150 TPH HRSG commissioning and operation & maintenance at NFL, Nangal.
• I have an experience in 32 MW GTG(SIEMENS) and 70 TPH HRSG (THERMAX)commissioning and operation & maintenance at NFL Bhatinda.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Inspection of Boiler and its auxiliaries as per P&I Drawing.
• Checking of starting permissive and trip logic of boiler.
• Preparing schedule for commissioning activities.
• De-bottlenecking and execution of commissioning activities within the commissioning schedule.
• Ensure the Equipment safety during operation.
• Customer co-ordination, Manpower management, Project schedule implementation.
• Planning Manpower resources with required tools, consumables to carry out the erection and commissioning activities.
• All motor and pump no load & load trail, vibration check and rectify the reason if vibration and temperature is high.
• Lube oil flushing of BFP lube oil skid and turbine lube oil flushing as per P&ID.
• All type valve maintenance like-SOV, MOV, control valve, goggle valve, control valve damper as per o&m
• All gas type burner commissioning, boiler commissioning
• Analyzed, troubleshooting software problems and communicated possible solutions with development team.
• Verified resolution of differences in actual versus expected results and addressed development adjustments to plans.
• Developed organizational processes, job results and accurate forecasts necessary to reach projected milestones.
