My role involves in Process management and end to end transition of AML, KYC and US Mortgage projects.
Responsibilities in Different Domain:
· Pre qualifying the applicant and identifying appropriate loan programs, based on the applicant's needs.
· Completion of the loan application form.
· Obtaining documentation necessary to verify the applicant's credit income and assets.
· Distributing necessary compliance documents and disclosures.
Communication between the lender and consumer. If the applicant does not qualify he is issued a loan decline letter
Managing a team of 20 individuals who are responsible to handle the volumes received for loan Setup.
Ø Prioritize work allocation based on business needs with daily / monthly frequency.
Ø Planning of capacity for the target volumes by managing resources, queue, shift management, cross training and Leave management.
Ø Responsible for taking one on ones of individuals in my team and ensuring that the issues/queries get resolved and to give them feedback on their performance on regular basis.
Ø Maintaining the MIS of the team and to share with the client on requirement basis.
Ø Preparing weekly/monthly performance review decks of the team and presenting it to the higher management / Clients.
Ø Identifying and preparing a development plan for associates who are under performers and coach them in order to improve their performance.
Ø Preparing scorecards of individuals and gauge their performance on monthly basis.
Ø Perform RCAs and preparing action plans for the associates who are in bottom quartiles.
Ø Responsible for Performance Management of the team.
Ø Reports fluctuation in key metrics if any, and communicate to the client and management with the plan of action.
Ø Identify gaps and drive improvement ideas among the team for improving the metrics and share it with client for approvals.
Ø Demonstrate the ability to dive deep into a problem and perform root cause analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution.
Ø Taking care of training plans for new hires and ensure their access are up before they start production.
Ø Ensure meetings/huddles conducted on daily basis to have the proper connect with the team and share updates whenever we receive.
Ø Coach the associate in order to meet his/her targets and in turn meets the client expectations.
Ø To keep a regular, connect with the Client and internal business partners or support functions.
Ø Ensure to fill the gaps of process knowledge among the team members.
Ø Maintain the leaves data to ensure minimum leaves are allocated to the associate’s basis the business requirement.
Ø Prepare process documents like BCP, BIA, Process maps, etc.
Ø Handled the transition of new queues which comes under Mortgage process.
Ø Always keep an employee engaged environment.
● In consultation with partners, design and implement/support process improvements, to improve speed, efficiency and accuracy.

● Analyzed the process and identified the functionality improvement options to fulfill the business needs. Communicated benefits and risks of each option, and recommended business priorities.

● Provided ideas to leadership, produced new process improvement techniques and services and integrated them into the firm’s core competencies and techniques
● Reviewed and analyzed the existing KYC standards in order to develop and document business requirements for the line of business KYC application.
● Collect and review due diligence documents for new funds to ensure CIP requirements and KYC regulatory requirements are satisfied in accordance with the bank’s enhanced due diligence policies.
● Provided advice on AML and sanctions risks related to all Wholesale Banking clients in the MENA region subject to Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) policies including PEP and sanction affected entities at customer acceptance and periodic customer reviews.
● Ensured on daily basis CIP requirements, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) policies are being followed based on KYC norms for specific countries.
● Reviewed and analyzed Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) narratives completed by AML investigators.
● Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing to ensure business requirements are met.
● Served as subject matter expert for all the teams throughout the project.
● Identified the training needs and conducted the training sessions for the co-working staff.
● Performed end to end transition of AML and KYC project and made them to Go-Live on date with projected SLA’s.
● Managed AML MENA project team and KYC project team for few months as a Team Lead.
Responsible for supervising the day to day running and operations of the bank, whilst at the same time creating a professional, helpful and customer friendly environment for staff to work in.
Responsibilities:
· Handled Cash, Clearing, Deposits accounting, transfer of accounts, Customer query management through FCRM Software, Cash opening & closing, DD/PO section.
· Handled CTS clearing (Cheque Truncation System) knowledge about the process and software used for handling CTS.
· Monitoring CRA (Cash Replenishment Agencies such as Writers safeguard, prism)
· Responding to SQLs, Concurrent Audit, IAD Audit, RBI Audit, SOX and FIVE S Audit and monitoring of Inter branch transactions, Currency Chest Transactions (ICMC).
· Trained on Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Management and Personal effectiveness skills.
· Anti-Money Laundering, KYC, BCP (Business Continuity Plan), RBI Guidelines, Banking Ombudsmen, Risk Management, Submitting CAT reports online which is a part of Anti Money Laundering and RBI Guidelines.
· CRM Usage, Cash & Inventory management of the branch.
· Training and developing of new recruits, staff and sales personnel on products and process.
· Giving best service for Current Account Customers and maintenance of proper records as per the audit requirements.
