• Worked for Export and Domestic Shipping configuration and Shipping racks PROJECTS: -.
• Design of Boom Cylinder & Hose Pipe Assembly Fixture.
• Design of Sheet Metal Parts.
• Reverse engineering of Bending dies for various Sheetmetal parts & Casting Parts.
• Cart Design Analysis & Planning of Material Movement for shop floor.
• Design of stackable rack, folding racks & storage racks.
• Design of Welding fixtures for Harvester & Sugar cane cutter machine.
• Design of Container and Tray for transportation of gear, engine parts, cylinder etc.

• Modelling, Drafting of Mould core & cavity of Plastic Parts also the various parts like guide bush, guide pillar, sprue bush, locating ring by using software PRO-E.
• Prepare a Machining Drawing with GD&T Symbols for machining.
• Modeling & Drafting of the Sheetmetal Components.
• Manufacturing and Maintenance of molds.
