Work closely w/staffing specialists to deliver top-notch service to the client
• Responsible for backend transactional items such as updates to hiring manager, Cost Centre, End Date, customer defined fields, etc within the vendor management system.
• Time sheet follow ups with Vendor and LM’s, processing time sheets for invoicing , Rejection and removal of timesheets. Misc invoices approvals and follow ups
• Enter new contractor profiles (contact information) and details of assignment into VMS.
• Assist Staffing Specialists with extension of contract assignments
• Conduct new hire orientation for contractors
• Liaise with managers, vendors and security department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and collected prior to starting assignment and at end of assignment
• Ensure all work orders are closed in the VMS system when notified of an end of assignment
• Ensure security department is notified of end of assignments
• Assist in collection of contractor hours and approval of time by hiring managers
• Constant interaction via email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners
• Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start assignment on time.
• Log all client and vendor inquiries into Salesforce.com
• Assist in running and reviewing standard program reporting as requested
• Provide general program and system user support
• Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines and processes
• Monitor data integrity
• Act as team player to all peers
a. Creation & Issue of Id cards , Employee Engagement , Handling of queries from the Candidates and the Hiring Managers.
b. TOOL usage for adding of candidates and other data so that it flows for billing, creation of assignment id’s, job id’s for reference for billing purpose.
c. Bill Rate/ Pay rate updating in tool.
d. Documents collection and submission for candidates for BGV- to external vendor.
e. Approval of time sheets, Tracking of leaves in tool.
f. TOOL Usage for ESF creation for offer release and other business purpose.
g. Follow ups for documents, for BGV and P- Filing, IT Documents collection and submission for the candidates to Ramco. Etc.
