Roles of Event Management tool (Moogsoft) : -

• Articulate how the event data flows from ingestion to situation in Moogsoft AIOps.
• Identify the main components within Moogsoft AIOps and explain the functionality of each.
• Configure Moogsoft AIOps from data ingestion to situation management.
• Integrate Moogsoft AIOps with Monitoring Tools like SolarWinds and SCOM and with Service Now for auto ticketing.
• Perform tasks to keep Moogsoft AIOps environment healthy – log rotation, up HA, data archiving.
• Modifying and implementing backend scripts for business improvement

Roles of Infrastructure Monitoring tool (SolarWinds) :-

• Managing different SolarWinds modules i.e. NPM,NTA,NCM and SAM.
• Monitoring Server, Switches and Router and managing.
• Report Creation.
• Integration with third party tools like Moogsoft and Service Now.
• Perform Clean up tasks to ensure high tool performance and availability.

Roles of APM tool (AppDynamics) :-

• Installation of Machine and Application agents.
• Configuring monitoring health rules for servers and applications.
• Configuring log file monitoring, Url monitoring and Real User Monitoring.
• Creating reports and dashboards.
