    • Managing and tracking of Meeting requests.
    • MOM for all the meetings scheduled was rechecked and shared with Business.
    • Documents Release: Documents like P905, P906, ICD's all are maintained in a common repository and shared by me, also maintaining and tracking the Feedback associated with this documents.
    • Decks : Decks for any sessions like PB1, PB2, UAT, etc was shared by me.
    • Change Request : Following with other PMs and maintaining a common repository as per TCM for all the CR related items.

    • Portal Access: Customer portal access for new joiners was maintained by me.
    • On-boarding of new resources with customer end to end was managed by me.
    • ICCPO/ Time Entry : Time entry for all the active consultants in the project and setting their end date, etc was maintained by me.
    • Forecasting : Month over month effective resource forecasting was done for revenue calculation and was shared with Management.
    • Tools Update : Tool like BIMS, PSRS, PEM , PFM was maintained by me. Also i used to update MSR.
    • ESD: Ticketing tool with client was managed by me for OC consultants for effective tracking and closure.
    • Reports/ Dashboard : Dashboard for all the key activities like PB2, UAT, BDL, KUT, Costing against budget was prepared by me for management.
