Role: Infrastructure Engineer

1. Worked as an Infrastructure Engineer in Network Operations in Client Project for Rakuten (MNO in Japan) in Openstack Environment.

2. Provided Assistance in Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Implementation of Change Request for improvement of the existing Setup of Network

3. Joined Bridge call in case of Network Outage to check from Infrastructure side issues and Provided Solution along with Other Stakeholder.

4. Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI’s review call with customer on Incident Management

5. Monitoring and Recovering Nodes associated with Rakuten Cloud Platform.
