Mars OMS Project(feb2023 till october 2023, Bangalore India

•I was a part of the OMS testing team and supported the writing and the execution of >800 test cases during the SIT phase (for D2C and full go live).

supported the OMS go live for RC D2C business. As a result, OMS has successfully processed >20.000 orders. 0 failed order

Elevate Utilities SAP(Sep2020 till December 2022, Bangalore India)

I worked on the utilities project of sap laps as the sole tester from Accenture as an individual contributor . Utilities is an application of the call centre where the processes of the call centre agent occurs after the customer occupies certain premise after the installation of electricity and gas services to his house . I worked on different tools like Jira and defect tracking tool BCP and the test management tool GTP for updating the test plan and test packages. I mostly interacted with the clients one on one and worked on the assigned backlogs for the releases and the regression suite. I also worked on the sap databases ERP and S4 for the verification of the data in the backend and also prepared the test data

Dell Technologies procurement project(march 2020 till August 2020)

I worked on the procurement project of dell technologies which is a supply chain management

application where the testing was mainly based on raising the purchase order request in the EBS application to procure different items and then it's subsequent flow to other downstream applications like 3PLand ABS to perform the product receiving . I also worked on the collection database to check the different collections involved with the procurement request to check the status and the data flow . I also gave functional KT to the junior resources on different applications .

Gstore Client google(march 2019 till march 2020)

I worked on the gStore application of the google project which is a customer-based web application testing the various backend and frontend applications like smith , trade in, Ginza and marketing content. Testing was based on the requirements from the clients which involved Preparation of test data , test execution , defect tracking and signoff and reporting.

Anthem Project(August 2018 till Feb. 2019)

Worked as a QA in anthem project for the senior enrollment application and mainly involved in testing the different modules of member enrollment .

Actively participated in the client calls to understand the requirements and then attended the agile ceremonies and scrum calls including the refinement calls . Handled user stories starting from requirement analysis till closure including the test scenario , test strategy document preparation and then this was followed by test data preparation .
