• At the High Court of Delhi, 2021 onwards
• Attending Court proceedings and keeping a track of the status of the matters; coordinating with the Staff to ensure that the daily orders dictated are in order; making case notes for briefing the Hon’ble Judge on the matters scheduled for hearing on the next working day; drafting of facts and submissions of parties for judgments to be pronounced by the Hon’ble Judge; conducting research for ongoing matters; assisting the Hon’ble Judge and her office in other administrative work as may be required from time to time

• Tasks: Attending Court proceedings in NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, Municipal Tax Tribunal (MTT) and District Courts of Delhi, Drafting of Applications and Petitions, Briefing and coordinating with Clients, assisting in Due Diligence and other research work for an Acquisition transaction by way of issuance of equity shares, and vetting of agreements

• Task: Researching and writing original articles in simplified language through primary and secondary resources, editing content.

Attending major hearings dealing with emerging substantial questions of law in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016; Reporting important judgments of tribunals such as NCLT, NCLAT, TDSAT, SAT, NCDRC, NGT and APTEL.

Engaged in matters pertaining to Corporate Litigation. Main Tasks included: Attending Court proceedings in NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, DRT and District Courts of Delhi and Gurgaon, Drafting of Applications and Petitions, Briefing and coordinating with Clients
