(i) Exports NPI Project Validation/Domestic Inhouse Project

• To prepare Validation plan and freeze it with respective along
  with Proto build plan and execution of V&V plan within Validation
  team to meet project timeline.
• To prepare and share project data i.e. Parts Maturity, Feature status, Project concerns/Red Flag critical issues with risk assessment and mitigation plan to top management on regular interval through various forums and Monthly Product Reports, To give Validation clearance through V&V sign off for SOP. To attend Project Gate Audits.
• Project/CFT Meetings’ involvements:- to play an active member role to freeze Product Brief/Pre requisite , to solve validation hurdles, to discuss validation progress etc. , involve into design change discussion of failed part during validation etc. , to investigate field failure through QAG(Quality Assurance Group).
• Follow ups with all concern agencies i.e. designers, prototyping, manufacturing and vendor development groups to meet all project requirements and ensure project quality and timeliness. Project progress and MIS preparation and presentation to management periodically.
• Maintained tactical control of project budgets and timelines to keep teams on task and achieve schedule targets.

(ii) Vehicle Performance Activities and Durability

• To conduct the fuel economy trials, Drivability, Acceleration
  performance ,Brake ,Steering performance, Vehicle Cooling
  Trial, Thermal mapping of complete vehicle and duty cycle trials for
  design inputs and optimization.
• Accelerated Endurance Testing: Monitoring accelerated durability
  test, failures analysis, report preparation, circulation and coordination
  with respective designers, new part up-gradation and
  further validation.
• Monitoring vehicle durability, maintainability and reliability.
• Endurance Testing-Data generation for life calculation of various
  wear parts like tire wear measurement , brake liner wear
  measurement a Engine oil consumption measurement and life
  calculation.
• Failure analysis preparation of report
