- Data Accuracy: Data accuracy at district and block levels increased from 10% to 95%, boosting national rankings—Simdega reached 9th place and Bansjor ranked 32nd out of 512 blocks in India. The initiative used a 3C approach (Convergence, Collaboration, Coordination) to strengthen partnerships among stakeholders and departments, achieve development goals, ensure complete Soil Health Care coverage, and introduce machine-supported organic farming.
- Pioneered solar cold storage and lift irrigation projects for sustainable agri-infrastructure.
- Infrastructure: Enhanced Har Ghar Jal Yojana functional tap connection (FHTC) coverage from 50% to 96%, ensuring reliable access to safe and clean drinking water. Achieved PMAY-G target saturation, strengthening housing security for eligible households. Led infrastructure development of 10 Anganwadi Centre’s and 5 schools, including construction of model toilets, comprehensive repairs, and BALA-themed wall paintings, promoting child-friendly learning environments and exemplary public infrastructure development.
- Livelihoods: Launched 'Akansha Haat' to provide market platforms for SHG products, promoting "Vocal for Local". Implemented solar cold storage and lift irrigation projects to reduce post-harvest losses.
