I'm a technically skilled professional with experience in both data engineering and technical support. In early 2024, I completed a 5-month internship as a Data Engineering Intern at EvaluAItor (Dec 2023 – Apr 2024), where I contributed to improving data quality, building dashboards, and leveraging AI tools to support data accessibility for career-focused platforms.
Currently, I work at Dell Technologies (since July 2024) as part of the commercial product support team. My responsibilities include resolving technical issues for enterprise clients, managing partner escalations, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams.
