
Support day-to-day program operations with expertise in records management and resource coordination. Skillfully meet diverse needs and address issues to maintain efficiency and program outreach. Demonstrated success in building long-lasting relationships.
· Take leadership role in designing and roll out of Odisha Livelihood Mission (OLM) activities in the district in consultation with thematic experts at DMMU.
· Undertake necessary liaison and coordinate implementation of the project with stakeholders (district administration, line departments, NGOs, banks, etc.).
· Facilitate Credit linkage support to SHGs through timely disbursement of Community Support Fund (like- Start-up fund, RF, CIF, VRF, etc.) and Bank Linkage.
· Liaison with Banks and other financial institutions at the district level specifically with commercial banks for fostering and pushing the SHG bank linkage program to ensure greater financial inclusion.
· Ensure diversification of livelihoods to stabilize and enhance the existing livelihoods. Further, identify the areas under where infrastructure and marketing support can be enhanced (Example: market intelligence, processing, storage, packaging etc.).
· Support Community Federations in layering activities like social security and development, convergence, livelihoods activities, partnership, etc.
· Extend cooperation and support to Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) and ensure onward training of youth and embed entrepreneurial skills.
· Implement the program like SAGY, NRuM, EoL Survey etc. of Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).
· Provide necessary technical and management support to BMMUs and conduct regular review meetings.
