· Govt.polytechnic college of LGFS building for Nirmana Nigam at Gopeshwar (uttarakhand).

· Girls Hostel (LGFS building) for WIT Institute at Dehradoon.

· Guest House (LGFS building) at kohima Nagaland.

Govt.polytechnic college of (LGFS building) for Nirmana Nigam at Satpuli and Kulsari (Uttarakhand).

• Developed and implemented solutions to maintain and improve client infrastructure at existing sites.
