· SDWAN: OMP, TLOC, Control Connection, Centralized and Localized Policy, AAR, Control Policy. IaaS on Ramp.

· Actively involved in Project Transition from Due diligence to stabilize the client Network environment.
· Implement network security for remote access. Tasks includes configuring site to site and clients to site VPN tunnels through Cisco routers ASA and maintaining access policies for remote users.
· Implementing security policies using ACL, Firewall, IPSEC, SSL, VPN, IPS/IDS, AAA (TACACS+, RADIUS), and NAT & PAT.
· Handling Routing and Switching related issues and configurations.

Implementing and maintaining Scheduled backup of Network Devices
· Configuring the New or refurbished CISCO routers and CISCO switches which arrives to the location and troubleshoot when needed.
· Testing Layer 1 and Layer3 Network related issues in Cisco and Juniper router.
· Validating the CISCO 1800, 2800, 1900, 3K Series Router’s via OOB# (Out of Band) and In-band for multilink interfaces.
· Trouble shooting on COS, SNMP, HSRP, DHCP, DNS.
· Performing the Automation and manual Tests such as soft loop Test & Hard Loop Test of the circuit and WIC and Controllers module of T1 and T3.
· Perform basic troubleshooting on basic routing issues (Add Static routes if required) and engaging the Tier 3 for route changes in the Backbone Network (Especially for Routing/BGP issues).
· Shipping out a new Routers and switches and via 3rd party vendors when CPE found faulty and follow up with them.
· OC-12, OC-3, DS3, T-1, and POE, Ethernet (Gigabit Ethernet, Fast Ethernet)
· Perform Through put Test for Bandwidth issue
· Enabling & Pulling the IP Accounting for High Utilization Issues creating a usage report as required by client.
· Interface with various Telco’s for circuit testing and turn up & HOIP – Hand off into Production (Support to service delivery).
· Perform Troubleshooting end-to-end between the two sites.
· Analyzing performance report of routers and troubleshoot accordingly.
· Perform Troubleshooting in MPLS cloud from different locations.

. Maintenance of Operation and Maintenance sever which is used by version 2 BSC's for reporting alarm to OMC-R.
