  • Created a macro which pulls the required details from the specific tool and cuts a ticket under category (CTI) with the Zero errors. This is mainly implemented for reducing the time taken for each associate to raise ticket and improve the productivity by 10%.
  • Automated the process with the time saving using Module/Macro, which will take around 5-6 minutes (Approx) 94% time saving over manual process. The Module/Macro automatically fills/updates the required fields in MPT tool like Flyer week & Price types to run Item Submission Report extraction & later which saves the file in required path in a standard file name format. Once the file is saved in the path, the macro automatically pulls the information from saved file to update the same information under the respective tag section in the Tracker by separating the patched areas items and all areas items accordingly in each tab.
  • Created single point repository of RACI method-based document for each Promotional tag. RACI SP approach is being used while creating the SOPs.
