Key Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for generation of Baseline Plan for projects considering all WBS.
• Determined and scheduled priorities as required to progress engineering work.
• Detailed planning of the equipment with specifying all activities involved with appropriate duration and resources.
• Developing the project baseline while monitoring and controlling project with respect to cost, resource and deployment, time over-runs to ensure satisfactory execution.
• Material arrangements as per BOM as well as any fixturing material before it is required for assembly.
• Ensure the project deliverables conform to quality standards established in the project quality plan.
• Working on SAP (PP and MM module) and handling all SAP related activities for job execution as end users.
• Completing construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
• Maintaining records for each project and engineering discipline.

Key Achievements:-

• Successfully delivered JK Cement,Penna Cement ,Wonder Cement ,Polycom Cement Crushing Roll Units worth 120million on time within budget.
• Identified technical risks within managed projects.
• Recommended improvements for design, construction means and materials based on field or changing conditions.
• Planned and managed engineering projects and continuous improvement programs to reduce labor and costs.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Review and detailed study of drawings, identifying the critical, unique and specific requirement of projects.
• Managing the relation with all associated stakeholders of project and expedites the results from them.
• Good knowledge and experience of preparing production flow charts and process flow to meet the delivery dates.
• Good Knowledge of preparing the manufacturing sequence and ensuring the same. Review and analyze the inventory for its optimizing uses.
• Material receipt review and delivery expedite with Procurement.
• Study and interpretation of Quality Requirements, QAP's (Quality Assurance Plan), ITP's (Inspection Test Pan), OPS's (Operation Process Sheets), Production Test Plans & Dealing with TPI (Third Party Inspectors) for availability of witness of stages.
• Planning day-to-day strategies, production schedules, along with resource allocation for optimum output.
• Line Balancing through weekly plans, Machine loading plans and optimizing the output through flexible options.
