Additional Information

  • Final year Project on 'Simulation of Enzyme Kinetics using MATLAB': In this project, we experimentally found out the time taken by the proteolytic enzymes Trypsin and Pepsin to digest the substrates Casein (found in milk) and Albumin (found in Egg White) and simulated this enzymatic reaction in MATLAB thereby creating a model and then modelled a Single Substrate catalysed Reaction in SimBiology thereby generating a plot for the reaction.
