· Switching - Flavours of STP, VTP, Inter Vlan Routing, HSRP
· Providing inputs for standardizing the customer store network.
· Troubleshoot on Wireless controllers and end devices connected to them. Configure wireless devices with tech on site.
· Configuring routing (Route Maps, AS-Path, Local Preference) to load balance traffic across multiple ISP links.
· Configured Cisco BGP,OSPF, EIGRP, RIP & Static routing.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Evaluate product diagnostics reports, error reports, and logs to isolate network and/or equipment issues
· Preparing Monthly and daily reports for client review’s
· Continuous Streamlining of process and transitioning of new requirements as per specifications
· Evaluate network trouble tickets escalated by L1 NOC technicians to determine nature of the problem, develop course of action, and follow through to successful resolution
· Evaluate product diagnostics reports, error reports, and logs to isolate network and/or equipment issues
· Analyze and interpret existing LAN/WAN infrastructures: provide information, provide configuration support of customer devices when necessary, and follow the documented change control procedures, advice or instruct and assist in problem resolution
· Configuration changes include upgrading the running configurations for TACACS, AAA, ACLs, SNMP, VTY, and Banner
· Performing Security hardening on all the routers and switches for various locations for Wyndham
· Proactive monitoring done with help of monitoring tool called Orion
· Responds to Tickets opened by routine alarms and Network issues
