Responsible for managing technical deliverables including:

• Administration, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of NetApp and Dell EMC Storage environment.
• Administration, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of HubStor, Backup Exec, and Veeam backup.
• Administration, Configuration, and Troubleshooting Windows and VMware environment.
• Following ITIL process of Incident Management and Change Management. Use of Service Now as ticketing tool to resolve Incident and Change ticket.
• Interacting with client on day to day basis to provide status / updates.
• Knowledge sharing with team members and prepared KT document and SOP.

Responsible for doing QA of EMC Hardware:

• Installation, Configuration, Administration and Maintenance of EMC CLARiiON Storage Arrays.
• Storage provisioning such as Creation, Masking, and Mapping of Raid Groups, Storage Pools, LUN, MetaLUN, Thin LUN, and Thick LUN.
• Install, Configure, and Administration of FC Switches and iSCSI Switches.
• Create zones for Storage to Storage Integration and Storage to Host Integration.
• Updating Disk Firmware on Storage Systems.
• Troubleshooting array faults from offshore team members.
• Managing and Maintaining Equipment in a lab including Setup, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
• Taking care of requests offshore team members for various array configurations.
• Preparing SOP documents.

In-house support includes:

• Installation, Configuration, and Administration of Windows machines.
• Involved in the installing, configuring and maintaining end user workstations of various hardware and software configurations to participate in network computing.
• Installing and configuring computer systems and networks, updating them as necessary, and keeping them running properly on a day-to-day basis.
• Managing users and user accounts, including both the computer-related aspects of creating and maintaining user accounts and systems, and responding to user requests, questions, and problems.
• Taking care of the peripheral devices attached to the various computer systems (e.g., printers, tape drives, uninterruptible power supplies) as well as adding or removing them as needed.
