1. Production planning and control at unit level.

2. Maintain close coordination with central planning team (Domestic/Export/CSD production) and purchase team.

3. Plan wise line allocation,materials &manpower planning (month wise / day wise).

4. RM/PM Availability tracking along with Wastage monitoring and control.

5. Maintain proper coordination with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Warehouse team.

6. Preventive maintenance of machines planning with Maintenance team.

7. Member of JH pillar of plant TPM activities.

8. Lead a team of 26 nos. of Shift Executives and Officers (All BE/JE- Mechanical/Chemical).

9. Experienced in Balm lines (Auram, Shreeji), Oil lines (Rotopack,Krones,Subham), Cream Pouch lines (Mespack,Volpack,Rollatainers) , Lotion/Handwash/Shampoo lines (Pacmac 6HD, 8HD, 10HD; Liquipack; Volumetric lines) etc.

10. Conduct workshops and shop floor drive for activities like 5’S, Safety,JH,GMPmaintenance.

11. Monitor operator’s absenteeism & OT.

12. Maintain proper coordination with workers union.

13. SAP ERP Production module handling and monitoring.

14. Stock reconciliation.

1. Expertise in planning & controlling the daily/weekly production schedule; conceptualizing and affecting process initiatives to enhance line efficiency, minimize downtime and wastage reduction.

2. Knowledge of management tools like 5’S, Kaizen, QACI, TPM, GMP and OEE.

3. Liaise with QC and QA management for resolving quality related issues and complying with recommendations

4. Working knowledge of SAP Production module

5. Strictly monitor and maintain material usage variance.

6. Close coordination with supply chain department to make sure availability of raw material on time.

7. Coordinating with maintenance department to make sure preventive maintenance schedule of all production lines must be implemented to minimize unplanned breakdowns.

8. Implement Continuous Improvement/Cost Saving Initiatives/ Low Cost Automations and encourage the same with the subordinates.

Work with EHS department in promoting near miss / hazards reporting, safe work practices and closure of safety issues/gaps in overall plant area.

3. Take steps to ensure the safety of people and installations along with a key focus on zero environmental impact.

4. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

6. Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.

1. Operation, preventive maintenance & servicing of Top Drive Systems (TDS 8-SA & TDS 11-SA), Power Packs (Cummins Engine KTA 50G & CAT Engine 3512B) and Compressors (Ingersoll Rand MH55, Sullair LS12-50HH AC).

2. Operation, preventive maintenance & servicing of Heavy Duty Reciprocating Mud Pumps (BOMCO F1600), Hydraulic Accumulator unit (FKQ 800-7) & Draw Works (2000 HP & 3000 HP).

3. Installation and Function & Pressure testing of Blow out Preventers (BOP).

4. Operation, Preventive Maintenance & Servicing of Different hydraulic High Pressure units, All Centrifugal Pumps, Centrifuge, Shale Shaker, Desander, Desilter, Agitators, Hoppers, Different Casing Tongs, Spider Elevators, Pneumatic pipe Spanners, Different types of manifolds(Mud, Choke, Kill),Different types of Remote Panels(For Choke manifold & BOP), Travelling Block, Crown Block, Air Winches.
