• Exploring on Naukri, monster, LinkedIn (Generic) etc. to hunt for best resumes which are relevant
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Campus Recruitment process – Freezing, Sharing Process till the Students get hired in system.
• Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls
• Handles the tasks of attending visitors and organizing meetings
• Performs other administrative tasks as required
• Ensuring proper housekeeping and cleanliness of lobby areas.
• Preparation of MIS – Stationary, HR and Staff Canteen
• Management of EPABX System and ensuring proper functioning of it
• Management of Stationary availability.
• Management of Cab for the internal staff, Hotel Bookings,
• Maintenance of Records in hard copies format.
• Ensuring Correct claiming of mobile bill by individual employees,
• Ensuring proper and correct submission of Invoices.
• Responsibility entrusted by Head HR, Senior Management – HR & Admin
Handles and manages all customer relation activities
• Attends incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Welcomes and greets guest and customers entering and leaving the hotel premises
• Arranges halls for meetings and seminars
• Attends and solves issues related with service and other general questions or
concerns
• Maintains proper record of all administrative tasks on a weekly basis

Housekeeping – Duties assigned by Head of Department to manage staff and
Housekeeping of mall on each floor (1 month covered). Looking towards manpower
management.
• Technical & Civil – Duties assigned by Technical Manager – To look after the mall
civil work. ( 1 month covered in technical knowledge)
• Human Resource – Duties assigned by HR Executive – How to prepare attendance
and salary disbursement. Issues they face with staff or support staff.
