• Looking after operating of kiln, tunnel dryer, oven and monitoring all time to time.
• Also making the plan of material drying and firing and quality observation of material after drying and firing stage.
• Resin impregnation (RIP) and tar impregnation (TIP) planning and observation.
• Trail material movement.
• Taking stock materials in every start of the month and updating stock report and daily production report in excel and standard format.
• Managing the shift manpower and all the activities in a shift.
• Looking after the kiln maintenance time to time.
• Monthly LPG consumption report making.
• Creating and managing production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Regularly inspecting and evaluating products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identifying and solving the problems that arise during the production process.
• Planning daily, weekly and monthly production schedules for raw material mixing, pressing, drying and firing in kilns to meet customer orders.
• Ensuring the chemical composition and physical properties of refractory items meet industry standards and specific customer requirements.
• Verifying raw material quality and dimension of bricks.
• Scheduling regular maintenance for manufacturing equipment like hydraulic presses and mixer machines to prevent sudden breakdowns and reduce downtime.
• Identifying bottlenecks in the production line and solving them to increase efficiency.
• Analyzing production data to reduce refractory consumption rates and improve overall cost savings.
• Strict adherence to EHS (environment,health & safety) protocols.
• Liaising with maintenance, procurement, and quality control departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Training workers and operators on new machinery, production techniques and safety protocols.
