• Helping US life insurer in calculating the transition balances for Universal Life product under IFRS 17 GMM approach.
  
• Helping another client in implementing and designing IFRS17 solutions under premium allocation approach.

• Jan’20 and currently working in experience analysis team
• Key responsibilities: To carry out various experience items such as lapse (including the public disclosure), surrenders and mortality and communicating the same to stakeholders
• Assisting the team in preparing Insurance Risk Strategy
• Projecting Asset and Liability cashflows and calculating duration for regulatory reporting
• Submission of risk relating section for Appointed Actuary Annual Returns(AAAR)
• Performing yearly and quarterly reinsurance reporting for the regulator
• Carrying out the analysis of expense exercise for the internal purposes.

• Key reporting regime on which I worked upon is Solvency II EU Legislation
• With-Profits Stochastic Team : Calculation and analyzing changes in asset shares for with-profit products
• Production and validation of assumptions (basis) for analysis of change (AoC) in reserve under Solvency || regime
• Extracting and summarizing results after stochastic prophet runs
• Analyzing the number and explaining the reason for changes in reserves to onshore client
• Production and validations of Basis and Results for internal model stresses, standard formula stresses and other sensitivities runs
• Release Testing- Validating results over any basis, data and model changes
• Liaise with onshore team to understand project specifications, develop solutions and work plans
• Production of basis for impact assessments on various demographic assumptions received from actuary, investigate the impacts and reporting the impact on reserves and liabilities to onshore team and Actuary
• Developed some crucial checks for validating movement in asset share figures during AoC and Stresses
• Trained new team members on basis, with-profits, different cost of guarantees and reserving concepts and production of monthly and quarterly basis
• Cross training in Assets and ALM Team for 2 months.
