• Develop unique fabric qualities and textures that set our products apart from competitors.
• Integrate sustainability and eco-friendly practices into design processes, in line with industry trends.

Product Development:

• Work closely with production team to ensure smooth transition from design concept to finished product.
• Customize designs and collections to meet specific requirements of Buyers like Myntra, Flipkart, Large Format Retail, Blackberry, and Nautica.

Design and Innovation (H&M):

• Lead the design team for the H&M brand, overseeing design development, innovation, and the implementation of new materials in alignment with H&M's brand and market requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of these materials into H&M's product lines.

Client Communication (H&M):

• Establish and maintain structured communication channels with H&M, to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide regular updates on material development progress and solicit feedbacks to ensure client satisfaction.

Fabric Development (TARGET and IKEA):

• Spearhead creation of aesthetic, technical, productionable, and functional fabrics tailored to unique requirements of TARGET and IKEA .
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to integrate these fabrics into their respective product ranges.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality control to ensure performance and safety of developed fabrics.
