- Responsible for organising the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of space, and managing the day to day activities with coordination of 3PL, Line Haul, CT teams and liquidation vendors.
- Inbound planning and execution as per plan on a daily basis. Outbound management within TAT.
Overall returns management and Liquidation process.
- Successful shifting of returns warehouse - 100% stock shifting was done within given timeline and with 100% stock accuracy from 3PL service provider. 24K units of whitegoods were successfully transferred physically and systematically within timeline. HOTO was done smoothly.
- Returns operation setup at new facility - New team formation, training and operation setup was done at new facility. Operation was being streamlined within 1 month.
- Big Billion Day Sale - BBD sale was successfully happened with 0% customer complaints.
- Yellow Belt certification.
