Project: 5AMLD – 5th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive:

• To focus on ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) for the purposes of risk mitigation and money laundering prevention across EU.
• Beneficial ownership details are up to date or to be made publicly accessible in government approved registries.
• Report directly to MLRO if any discrepancy found and it is documented.

Project: Due Diligence

• Perform detailed risk profiles for complex clients and conducts periodic reviews of client profiles for renewal.
• Resolved issues through careful research and follow-up with clients.
• Developed and maintained positive relations and coordinated with team members to properly handle requests and questions.
• Answered questions quickly via email or phone call.
• Trained newly hired members on company policies and procedures regarding diverse situations.

Project: Due Diligence

• Responsibilities to include (not limited to) Identify, research, validate, setup & maintain legal entity reference data (leveraging internal/external stakeholders and data sources) on central repositories/applications; typically data spans legal name verification, address, nature of business, ownership etc.
• Uses developed communication skills through email to engage in routine conversations with internal stakeholders and complex external clients in order to support an accurate data-gathering process and resolve any open issues.
• Reviews standard profiles that have been flagged for additional review through different tools by performing real time scans and escalated OFAC Sanctions alerts received on transactional reviews.
• Coordinate with other areas as needed (COB, Compliance, Sales, and Client Service), particularly for high-risk clients.
• Source documentation from various approved registries and regulators.
• Validate the accuracy of data in KYC platforms and ensure completeness of document package.
• Client onboarding, working on unsuspension clients.

Additionally:

• Manage to provide training to new joiners, daily reporting updates to client and make sure to enhanced knowledge of me and team.
• Auditing the due diligence review, sales and client mails of team.
• Training the team regarding the different types of reviews which includes regulated, listed, funds, trust, private, and partnership entities.
• Training team for working on different tools, providing a guidance related to process, work flow.
• Maintaining a MI like error trackers, BAU trackers of each individual work for each team members.
• Attending the queries related to process and providing them with the explanations.
• Data validation, verification and updating.
• Worked on funds remediation project by successfully completion of each clients.

Project: Due diligence

• Perform checks on various investors including individuals, various companies based on requirements guidance.
• Identifying their risk level by updating data in risk assessment checklist.
• Perform background screening and latest news to identify any negative report. Report further to compliance team if any escalation and any actions to be taken further.

Nursing Services Department:

• Performed various nursing interventions such as wound dressing, vital sign monitoring and specimen collection.
• Gathered patient health data through interviews and observation, documenting data in electronic records.
• Educated patients, families and caregivers on diagnosis and prognosis, treatment options, disease process and management and lifestyle options.
• Informed patients and families of effective treatment options and at-home care strategies, enhancing long-term outcomes.
