- Design and strengthen the state Health Management Information System (HMIS), including IT tools for data compilation, quality checks and use of evidence for decision-making.
- Build systems for data analysis, validation and triangulation; develop programme monitoring and appraisal protocols for tracking progress under NHM.

- Baseline Evaluation Studies
- Conducted a baseline evaluation of the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) across 3 districts of Karnataka (2013), assessing urban health infrastructure and service-delivery readiness ahead of roll-out.
- Led a baseline evaluation of the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) pilot in 2 district talukas of Karnataka (2014-15), covering facility infrastructure, HR availability and service-utilization benchmarks.
- HMIS, MCTS & Facility Performance Analysis
- Led state-wide analysis of HMIS/MCTS data quality gaps, duplications and reporting timeliness; drove star-rating and grading of PHC/CHC/TH/DH facilities for the Health & Family Welfare Department and NHM leadership.
- Directed the Model District project (Chitradurga) — developed data collection formats, monitoring checklists, situational analysis and periodic MCTS review.
- Conducted case-load, population-proximity and infrastructure availability analysis of PHCs/CHCs across districts; HR gap analysis against caseload and critical cadre mapping.
- Carried out Maternal & Infant death data analysis, 108-Arogya Kavacha analysis, and Healthizen flag reporting for corrective action.
- Analysed NFHS-4/NFHS-5 and DLHS-4 data (comparative state/national analysis), NITI Aayog Health Index and District Hospital Index, and PAI indicators, presenting findings to state leadership.
- COVID-19 Pandemic Response (Deputation – OSD Section)
- Managed daily COVID-19 data analysis, master line-list maintenance and district-wise discharge/death reconciliation to support the State War Room.

- PM-ABHIM: prepared proposals, review presentations, EC meeting agendas/proceedings and parliamentary notes across FY 2022-23 to 2025-26; tracked tenders and site-selection budgeting.
- Anemia Mukt Karnataka (AMPK): coordinated with Nutrition/RBSK/Child & Maternal Health divisions, analysed drug procurement budgets, and supported implementation review presentations.
- Health & Wellness Centres / Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAM): analysed population-to-facility mapping discrepancies statewide, authored a manuscript on HWC mapping methodology for publication, benchmarked Karnataka against Tamil Nadu's HWC model, and supported CHO assessment with Boston Consulting Group.
- IPHS 2022: conducted facility-wise HR gap analysis, ODK toolkit field assessments (Magadi, Chikkaballapura, BBMP) and PHC-AAM ranking against NQAS checklists.
- Research Studies & Programme Evaluations
- Designed and executed field-based studies including: socio-epidemiological determinants of NRC admissions (8+ districts), functioning of DPMU units, PCPNDT Act & child sex ratio evaluation, Village Health Sanitation & Nutrition Committee (VHSNC) assessment, RBSK evaluation, and Medical Records Documentation (MRD) quality assessment across multiple districts.
- Developed study proposals with objectives, methodology, sample design and budgets for research on IFA supplement adherence, palliative-care burden, healthcare-utilization patterns, and childhood anaemia among tribal populations.
- Led report finalisation — analysis tables, results, discussion and recommendations — for multiple KSHSRC-commissioned studies, and interpreted an IFA-treatment RCT for presentation to MD-NHM.

- Designed and rolled out the state Nodal Officer supportive-supervision checklist (Google-form based) with district/taluka training and monthly/quarterly reporting to the Executive Director.
