Led several initiatives to promote reading culture among employees such as presentation during cultural day.

On 5th of March was day 1 and Pratham, India's largest educational ngo, kick off this event. Leading team of Pratham addressed all CWLA finalists and gave a glimpse of vision behind it. We had detailed discussion on ASER 2017 report presented by their employees. Few of the questions asked by finalists were about how is data collected ,what initiatives Pratham has taken to collaborate with industries for vocational training of needy ones and how Pratham deals with different challenges like migration,talent retention etc. A survey was conducted among the finalists and many of the candidates response for number of students enrolled in education was 40-50 percent while Pratham people astonished us with the exact percentage to be more than 85.So here we realized that issue is not with quantity but the quality of the education provided in schools and impact of lack of practical skills in the system. Then we had a visit to Pratham center at kundra and we came across execution process of different training programs like ac repairing training,Ola-driving learning program etc.At the end of the day we were asked to prepare presentation suggesting feasible solution for challenges faced by Pratham like migration,content delivery etc. We presented the slide attached in email and won the best presentation award from Pratham.
