Experienced engineer with a total of 13 years of expertise in the automotive industry, including 8 years of experience in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) engineering. Skilled in experimental modal analysis, stress analysis, fatigue life predictions, and frequency spectrum analysis, Acoustic measurement for trucks, trailers, and excavators. Proficient in leading noise and vibration testing, data analysis, and risk assessment for wheel loaders and excavators, as well as establishing NVH targets based on competitive analysis and customer expectations. Possesses 5 years of testing experience in the automobile industry, including designing and developing test setups for various industrial power tools, air compressors, and pumps. Familiar with data acquisition systems such as Siemens LMS SCADA, Daisy, Somat eDAQ, and analyzing software such as Siemens Test Lab, nCode, Somat Ease. Additionally, skilled in developing and managing DVP&R and DFMEA, as well as designing test fixtures and test rigs for performing design verification and durability tests.
