- Worked on office 365 hybrid and staged migration along with post migration support and existing in-house mailbox (exchange 2010 then 2013): worked on capacity management for existing exchange server, worked on patching.
- During migration I got opportunity to have hands on experience on domain registration, federation setting up, AAD related issue (Dir.
- Sync migrated to AAD), got to know functionality understanding of LDAP which is used for Proofpoint as well.

- I have also completed AWS in partner training and earned certification however could not get chance to work on AWS.

- Now exploring DMARC,DKIM,SPF,TLS,TAP,DLP in depth - now my productive hours are divided into PP and cloud as PP is stabilized and I am working as SME.
- I am exploring myself to learn UNIX shell scripting to automate some report or alert, log for PP from putty as I have done Linux certification long ago.
