I.Collaborated with PM and delivered 20+ Features.Some of the features include

  • CC-DA Matching
  • Duplicate Detection
  • Manual Submission of All Expenses from BOTS
  • Digest Notifications
  • Expense creation from E-receipts

II.Analyzed over 300 customer bugs and worked with Automation team to develop scripts for code-related issues.

III.Improved the Quality of products delivered to the customer by raising 200 bugs with close to 50% bugs being code related issues.

IV.Identified 8 Enhancement Requests and coordinated with PM to include them.

  • Allowing User to submit CC expenses that are marked as personal from BOTS
  • "Outstanding Corporate Card Charge" message is displayed in digest notifications even when corporate card transaction limit is not set at the BU level.
  • Expense fields that are common for both the expense types when user changes it from one expense type to another expense should be retained.

V. Developed Python scripts to automate the comparison of Internal Automation click coverage with the top 500 customer clicks, saving 15+ hours of manual work.
