1. Project : EscrowDocUpload_Bot

Client : First American Corporation

Description: Extracting and downloading PDF documents from email and Uploading escrow related documents into FAST (First American System Technology) web application.

EscrowDocUpload_Bot developed for First American Escrow officers. When customer send escrow related documents through email BOT will extract those emails by get all messages command from Outlook and download attached documents to a local path. By system variable email subject then extracting the file number from the subject line by string operation and trim the file number. Then by using login MetaBot login to FAST then using object cloning bot will set the file number in FAST file number field to access to the file homepage field. Then by object cloning bot will access to the document upload option then by manage window control bot will select the path and upload the document into FAST. Then bot will send the completion email with timestamp to the submitter by using send email command.

Responsibilities:

· Involved in Deployment and Troubleshooting issues in the application.

· Created the Functional Requirement Document (FRD) for RPA project based on business process design discussions with business stakeholders. And existing bot migration.

2. Project : ReserveFilePurging (RFN) _Bot

Client : First American Corporation

Description : RFN_Bot is a BOT intended for First American Escrow officers. It would make accessing to Domo by using login MetaBot and download RFN Spreadsheet by using manage web recorders command and save it to a local drive. Then use the spreadsheet as a Data Base by using connect database command and extract required data by using SQL Query and assign those data to a variables. Then by using login MetaBot bot will login to FAST and access to the extracted file number and set data as per the spread sheet by using object cloning legacy technology command. And bot will get the date from the spreadsheet and if the date is more than 30 days by using If/else command bot will purge those file.

3. Project : Other Process Reporting _Bot

Client : Avery Denison

Project Summary : Shared Products on the general ledger must be split out to accounts and departments for the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, respectively. This is achieved by loading % splits in to Oracle (via journals) and then applying those splits via a Mass Allocation in Oracle.

Project Description: Bot will check the master checklist and trigger the bot. First it will open the Oracle Journal Template, than bot will login to Oracle using metabot than enter parameters in Oracle application and generate 6 types output and save the outputs in a folder than bot will start the excel manipulation and refresh the pivot table in the Journal template.

4. Project : Intrastat _Bot

Client : Avery Denison

Applications : Oracle, Excel, Outlook

Project Summary : Produce a variation report highlighting the differences between the Intrastat reports.

Project Description: Bot will login to oracle and submit a request for Intrastat report and collect the request ID. Than bot will wait till the report run successfully and then download the file to a local drive and then copy the data and paste it into Intrastat Template file and delete the company logo and additional rows till the actual header. Than bot will create another sheet and paste the data over there and add few columns and calculate the billing due date and validate the country code as per the shipping from data. Then bot will attach this file send to the business.

5. Project: Accounts Receivable Process

Client : First American India

Applications: SharePoint, Outlook.

Project Description: FAI is the Tax consulting company based out of USA providing Insurance services for more than 100 years within the country. They want to accelerate their Accounts Receivable Process, which take minimum 10 to 15 minutes to complete the process manually for a client, so we provide the RPA solutions for standardizing and simplifying the process.

Responsibilities:

· Created the Functional Requirement Document (FRD) for RPA project based on business process design discussions with business stakeholders.

· Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including design, development and creating test cases.

· Solid design, coding, testing and maintaining the RPA's (Robot's).

· Identifying and debugging the errors using Error Handlers.

FAI is an outsourcing company offering application development and managed services. They want to accelerate their Process Vendor Creation which takes minimum 1 hour to complete the process manually for a client, so we provide the RPA solutions for time consuming and simplifying the process.

Responsibilities:

· Interacting with the business analyst personal, requirement gathering and analysis.

· Prepared the MASTER SHEET for all the shape components in the tool along with its properties.

· Prepared PDD and SDD.'

· Handled the business and technical exceptions with proper logs.

· Involved in Development the bot in client dev machine.

7.Project Title : ServiceFast Instance Wake up

Client : First American India

Applications : Legacy applications, Outlook, Excel.

Project Description:

FAI is an American company. They want to accelerate the ServiceFast Instance wake up process, which takes solid 4 hours to complete the wakeup process manually for 60 employees. So, we provide the RPA solution using AA.

Responsibilities:

· Interacting with the client to gathering the business requirement and analysis.

· Preparing the Process Define Document and Solution Design Document with business flows and step by step process solutions to wake up the all the employees ServiceNow Instance .

· Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including design, development and creating test cases.

· Solid design, coding, testing and maintaining the RPA's (Robot's).

Project Title : Employee On-boarding Process

Client : Innovsol System Technology

Applications : Office 365, Outlook, Excel.

Project Description:

Employee On-boarding is the process carried when a new employee joins in the organization. IT team will collect the employee details from HR Team, for creating account in three AD's and add the email ID in requested Office 365 DL & contacts for accessing the internal systems. Manually it will take 8 hours to complete the full process. But we provide the RPA solution to reduce the manual effort.

Responsibilities:

· Reduced the On-boarding process and make it as a standardized for automation.
