• Currently established as independent practice as a lawyer at High Court of Gujarat and District Courts of Gujarat in civil and criminal matters, specializing in Competition Law, Industrial Disputes, Customs, PMLA, GST and Income Tax; preparing deeds, conveyances and other such agreements.

• Attached and engaged in resolving and assisting with legal procedures of litigation during virtual mode of hearings.
• Handled and assisted in matters relating to CCI, Customs, NIA, PMLA, GST and Securitization matters along with service matters relating to Industrial disputes.

• Prepared briefs and notes and undertook various research activities for assisting Justice Shah.
• Intently probed into and observed important matters in regard to issues involving Article 370 of Constitution of India pertaining to special provisions for Jammu and Kashmir, Indore Development Authority, land acquisition, etc.
• Assisted and researched for reserved judgement in matter involving questions pertaining to allotment and modification of exemption from filing of excise duty and other research assignments.

• Legal research. Petition drafting on matters relating to Companies Act, 2013 (and 1956) and drafting of MOUs including for international transactions, Securities Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and writ petitions.
• Worked on researching spectrum of interesting legal propositions pertaining to taxation, land laws, labour laws, service matters (especially Gratuity and Pension), Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Gujarat local laws, cyber crimes and Right to Information Act, 2005 and Gujarat Local Laws.

Worked at the Best Western group of hotels and the River Canyon Lodge in Moab, Utah, U.S.A. as Assistant Manager (Reservation Specialist) through the Summer Work and Travel Programme encouraged by New LJ College of Commerce.
