Account Selection (Gartner)

  • Developed and delivered an automated method which extracts eligible seat holders from organizations database on the basis of their licenses so that they can be interviewed for their feedback. This method used to be manual and took long hours to complete.
  • Python Code for extraction of seat holder details and an excel sheet in CVM tracker format so that data can just be copy pasted by the CVM's (Client Value Managers)
  • Lead the project team, collaboratively working together towards successful completion of the project.
  • Created tasks and assigned it to team members.
  • Conducted weekly meetings to review risks, record and prioritize them and identify/perform mitigation actions.
  • Conducted daily status meetings with the team to review progress of tasks and ensuring the proper workflow of tasks.
  • Consistently collaborated with stakeholders to identify and mitigate any gaps in the deliverable.

KPI Dashboards (Gartner)

  • Developed and delivered multiple reports as dashboards using power BI
  • Dashboard for monthly team performance which used to be a manual process done by team leads at the end of the month.
  • Collected data from various sources to use in these dashboards.
  • Reduced the monthly task time by 50 hours as these processes were done manually.
  • Presented these dashboards to stakeholders on monthly basis to decide the plan of action for better results in retention and to improve team performances.


SONATA Platform (Fidelity International)

  • Was part of the testing team for the launch of a new tool named SONATA
  • All the deals used to be placed through a tool named GFAS where the process was very time taking due to its nature being manual.
  • SONATA was introduced to reduce this time and place maximum deals in the window available which would eventually help the business grow much quicker.
  • The tool took almost 2 years to be installed and majority of the time was spent on testing the tool because client money was involved in these deals.
