Some of the key issues faced by NSN:

  • Process harmonization and data migration of employees across 58 countries
  • Around 100 different operative Human Resources Information Systems used globally
  • Absence of Global and common NSN HR processes and concept
  • Approach: We adopted a factory model to bring in operational efficiency and high offshore leverage to the project
  • The global template was rolled country-wise and the implementation was divided in four clusters in addition to 2 pilot country implementations
  • The implementation involved business discussions and workshops with NSN global teams as well as region service delivery and country HR representatives.

Met with project stakeholders on regular basis to assess progress and make adjustments.

Maintained tight production timetables and quality standards to give the client exceptional offerings within budget and schedule.
