• Responsible for achieving BEST EVER Infratel Level Uptime (Airtel + Non Airtel) commercial of 99.98 percent
• Responsible for Uptime Penalty Reduction of Rs. 9.8 Mn (94% reduction) YTD of FY 18-19 as compared to FY 17-18
• Successfully handled Customer Escalations for all Operators with Delightful results

• Responsible for all Estate related tasks of North Eastern States starting from rental negotiation for new tenancy additions to rental provision and landlord rental payments
• Contributing one of the major roles in making operators roll out for 2g, 3g, and 4g advance technologies successful keeping rental hikes for such cases under specified limit of Rs.2038/- for NES circle
• 4% new expansion rental reduction with challenging situation of incremental demand on rental hike. Average hike FY15-16 = Rs. 1894; Average hike FY16-17 = Rs. 1774/-
• Officiating Energy Manager (North Eastern States from Oct 2016 to Apr 2017). Responsible for all Energy related tasks of North Eastern States including diesel consumption, site uptime maintenance relating to fuel outages (* successfully handled the diesel crisis period of Manipur which happened during Nov 2017 till Mar 2017 *) . Closed diesel and EB rate sign off pendency with major operators which was pending for 2 years.

• Circle spoke for all p7 projects rolling out for Energy Cost reduction in NESA
