Project Name :- Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence (EDBI)

Project Synopsis :- EDBI team is the core team of Bottomline Technologies whose task is to bring data from all LOBs and store it into one data warehouse. Create view for Data Analyst and end user to project customer information, customer's customer Information, revenue, marketing information etc to create dashboards on PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Created multiple FIVETRAN connectors like PARDOT, AWS S3, Salesforce, MARKETO, Google Drive, EMAIL etc to load data from source into Snowflake Data warehouse.
• Created Python script to load on-premise sql server data to SAAS Snowflake Data warehouse and created cron job to load data daily.
• Written AWS lambda function to load RevPro data using REST API to S3.
• Scheduled AWS lambda function using Amazon EventBridge.
• Created custom metrics for Amazon CloudWatch alarm.
• Used AWS S3 trigger functionality of Amazon to increase the AWS lambda 15 minute execution limit to load huge amount of API data.
• Created Airflow DAG to run transformation SQL script in Snowflake Data warehouse, changed Fivetran connector from Manual to Auto and vice-versa and for scheduling the DAG.
• Loaded flat files data into Snowflake data warehouse using SnowSQL.
• Used POSTMAN for the testing purpose of API data.
• Written various Dynamic SQL to implement the business requirements.
• Created tasks in Snowflake data warehouse and scheduled it.
• Used Metaplane for data monitoring and task monitoring in Data warehouse.

Project Name :- Dealer Distribution & Management System (DDMS)

Project Synopsis :- Toyota initiated TBR (Toyota Business Reforms) to cater the Dealer’s Operations, starting from making bookings and giving order to Toyota Motors Thailand (TMT), to making the production plan of the vehicles according to demand and supply, to track the vehicle after production till its Retails Sales (RS) and invoice creation.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Production support at client site.
• Involved in communication with client to understand their business requirement as well as to suggest them to improve the performance and quality of the system.
• Involved in full development cycle of Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation.
• Created PL/SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers extensively used Cursors, REF cursors, User-defined object types, Records, forms and reports in PL/SQL programming.
• Created Indexes on tables to improve the performance by eliminating full table scans and views for hiding the actual tables and to eliminate the complexity of the large queries.
• Performed screen layout changes in Oracle forms and reports.
• Modified existing Pro-C batches as per the client requirement.
• Used Global temporary table in several packages and procedures to store session and transaction specific data.
• Prepared several documents like Detail requirement, testing script and deployment script

Project Name :- Human Resource and Management Systems (HRMS)

Project Synopsis :- Human resources are an important asset for the organization and effective management of it becomes cardinal for sustenance in the long haul. In my context, the existing Human Resource Management System (HRMS) of TCS is currently being replaced with the in-house system that TCS is building. Managing bulk amount of data during “system migration” brings several complexities along with it which needs to be handled and no issues should go unattended during the same. I work as a member of the database team entrusted with the responsibility of handling user data, ensuring zero impact on several other applications depending on currently existing HRMS system and which share common data through views/ETL’s or real time interfaces. My roles and responsibilities as a PL/SQL developer are enlisted below which I need to execute as required in terms of the tasks assigned to me.

Responsibilities

• Developed Complex database objects like Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages and Triggers using SQL and PLSQL.
• Implemented performance tuning while creating complex queries to post data from HRMS to payroll, analyzed Explain plan, Re-written queries with optimized functions in oracle.
• Fixed issues encountered in the existing production code.
• Created Tables, Views, Constraints, Index (B Tree, Bitmap and Function Based).
• Wrote SQL Scripts to fetch data for various reporting, auditing, testing etc. purposes on requirement basis.
• Wrote SQL scripts to migrate the HRMS system from Oracle to PostgreSQL.
