• Responsible for the Monthly Cost Analysis and Quarterly P&L Report, creating the Performance
  management report for the entire team including KPI Analysis, Volume comparison & Data Analysis,
  Performance Tracking. Ensuring the efficient running of administration and office procedures.
• Advise customers on Credit terms. Resolve billing issues and ensure that invoicing and vendor
  payments are processed accurately.
• Conducted staff performance reviews, setting objectives, and identifying employee training
  Requirements.
• Extensive network development with Overseas agents, Shipping Line, Airlines, Transporters, and all
  local vendors.

• Responsible for the Planning and supervising of complete logistics requirement for the Customers
  starting from RFQ till the final delivery after clearance- AIR/OCEAN/LAND Import and Export.

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Was the Operational focal point for Export / Import Shipments from various origin.
• Pricing assistant/backup for pricing Team.
• Worked within a team of 16 members and trained all the new joiners for Operational responsibilities.
  • Perform various customer service activities, including upselling and handling new & existing
  accounts, Costing, Billing.
• Ensuring that all the queries are well investigated and resolved, escalating queries if appropriate to
  the Manager.
  • Working closely with the agents and the shipping line/airlines to procure the best rates and routing
  the cargo accordingly and coordinating until its delivery to the customer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Placing booking with the Various Liners/Airlines for the Export of cargo, also tracking, and coordinating with liners, airlines for the timely import and delivery of cargo.
• Filing BOE for customs clearance purpose and assisting for cargo clearance
• Accompanying sales executives for customer meetings to build a strong relationship with customer.
• Job costing, invoicing within 3 days of cargo delivery and payment follow-up.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems which could delay the timely movement of freight.
