a) Munira Residence(3B+G+12+R) - Dubailand, Dubai.A residential tower with studio, 1 & 2Bedroom luxury apartments having vast MEP services like with District cooling AC, Basement Fresh air, Exhaust air ventilation system, Audio/Video intercom system, SMATV, Centralised LPG system, CCTV cameras, Swimming pool, Plumbing and Electrical services, etc.
Major MEP works handled.
1. The Central air conditioning system of capacity 610TR having Disrtict cooling system (Empower) on the high side and the low side works with the installation of heat exchangers, chilled water piping, VFD’s, Chilled water pumps, Sub meters, FCU’s with valve package. Electrical systems with LV Switchgear of 2500KVA capacity having distribution boards to all the individual floors. With sub Db’s to each flat.
2. Fire Fighting system with emergency 24*7 panel, sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, sounders and voice evacuation system and central battery systems with Jockey, electrical and diesel pumps in Pump room.
3. Water supply piping for 12floors with Transfer pumps, Booster pumps from Underground and roof water tanks.
4. Drainage piping system connecting to FIC from waste and soil pipes for all the floors and Sump pump for ground, basement floors.
5. Inspection of the low current systems like SMATV, CCTV cameras, telephone, audio/video intercom systems as per SIRA guidelines and rules.
6. Centralised LPG system with Gas tank and piping distributed to all flats, gas leak sensors/detectors and Gas meters as per DCD guidelines.
7. Special construction items like Swimming pool, Garbage chute, Elevator lift.
8. Handled FM issues for entire building services under DLP period.
9. Troubleshooting and repairing of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
b) Jumma Masjid(G+1+R) – Dubailand, Dubai.Construction of a luxury mosque of capacity of 750 people with an attached service block. With all the Latest MEP services like Air conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical, CCTV, Automated lights, Landscaping.
1. Preparing Technical submittals, method statements and other submissions for consultants and client approvals. And regular follow up.
2. Maintaining proper inventory list of items and material procurement for works to happen smoothly at site.
3. Ensuring to deliver best and good quality of works for the project by the subcontractors.
4. To avoid risk and ensure the safety of workers to use proper PPE’s at site.
5. Co-ordinate with the consultant and client to get the works done as per their requests.

b) KSOU Conventional Hall / Auditorium - MysoreAn Auditorium having AHU’s connected to VRV ODU’s, Seperate Ductable Split Units and Hi wall Units for the reception area. With total Capacity of 300HP.
