Surveillance System in AAI, Chennai.

• Data center implementation and maintenance in the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Government.

• Responded to RFP, Proactive deal for Surveillance System.

• Led a team of system engineers to bring access to get the right solution delivered based upon customer business needs.

• Architected the solution and Guided the Team to deploy and configure the Surveillance Data Centre with Servers, Storage L3 Core network, DC passive network, Etc.

HLL Biotech Limited (END TO END SOLUTION ).

Greenfield Integrated Vaccine Complex (IVC).

The total project cost of 80 million dollars. Government of India Enterprise.

• Worked proactively in the Creation of Request for Proposal (RFP) and statement of work (SOW), driving the Due diligence (DD), freezing the Bill of Material (BOM), and driving the Assessment and build phase.
• Worked proactively in responding to RFP and submitting the proposal. Played a major role in getting the 1.6 million dollar deal for the entire IT, Communication, Access control, and Surveillance system in the IVC.
• Led a team of system engineers to bring access to get the right solution delivered based upon customer business needs.
• Deployed and configured 100TB of production and 50TB of backup unified storage.
• Deployed and configured Citrix NetScaler and Citrix XenApp.
• Deployed and configured Chassis core switches and POE access switches. Eventually, it was a great experience to have an END TO END or a Turn Key-based project.

Multi-Vendor Collaboration:

• Extensive experience collaborating with leading technology vendors, including HP, Dell, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and F5, to deliver comprehensive IT solutions.
• Coordinated across teams to integrate best-in-class technologies, ensuring optimal infrastructure performance and reliability.

• Led numerous security projects, implementing solutions from SentinelOne, Trend Micro, and various endpoint protection platforms to bolster enterprise security posture.
