POC between the leadership and various pillars within the organization
Design, develop and implement innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development
Evaluating the scores of employees who have take up various course
Assist in planning, creating, and implementing each training courses and materials
Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors in organising various training programs
Raising of purchasing requisition orders and tracking of payment on behalf of the vendor management team
Schedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction
Coordinating the development and delivery of the organisation wide regular induction events for all new employees, ensuring the content is reviewed and updated continually in line with feedback received
Work with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the business to help build a collaborative environment
Facilitate and implement the employee relations and engagement framework
Monitor each program, analyse feedback and gaps, identify trends and revise programs as needed
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the employee relations and engagement plans, within various activities (virtual & in-person) designed to build relationships, promote team bonding, and create an environment of camaraderie
Documenting and keeping a track record of all the activities and publishing them timely on different social media platforms
Partner with the various stakeholders, talent acquisition and business operations to ensure that the employee is properly onboarded and integrated
Produce readouts that will help the senior management and individual teams track progress and create action that drive positive experiences
