2) Processes, techniques and technology that organizations use to generate revenue.

This has driven me to take some unconventional yet rewarding steps in my professional journey by undertaking roles that required creating awareness about the product/service, to seeing prospects sign off as a customer and also managing the accounts to increase their lifetime value.
