• Responsible for designing high-level system architecture that ensures optimal performance, scalability, security, and availability of systems running on IBMi.
• Managing the life cycle of applications, from design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring they remain secure, efficient, and up to date with current technologies.
• Ensuring the system architecture complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Helps team by define the development processes and methodologies, guiding teams in adopting best practices for coding, testing, and deployment on IBM i.
• Responsible for fine-tune system performance (application level) to ensure that the system meets performance requirement. Informing dedicated Admin team if any OS level performance needed.
• Responsible for creation of the High-level Technical Design document for the given work packet based on the Business Requirement Document.
• Involved in meetings with product owner ,BA , stakeholders , and build in depth understanding of Requirement and helps in estimation, program coding, fixes, testing and deployments of the assigned Change Request.
• Development methodology: Encourage Agile in projects.
• Technology : RPGLE, SQLRPGLE , SQL Queries , Stored Procedures. MQTs.

Responsibilities :

• Involved in various of Banks Loans , Mortgage and Insurance assignments
• Responsible for creation of the Low-level Design document for the given work packet based on the Business Requirement Document
• Involved in Requirement gathering , estimation, program coding, fixes, testing and deployments of the assigned Change Request
• Involved unit testing, QA support , UAT of the developed component
• Categorized and arranged of large scale work into small stories, epics and features into JIRA
