Accountability of variation of quantities from drawing & BoQ.

Discuss with the architects and consultants for drawing details

Checking the quality of materials

Conduct relevant quality test for the materials

Execute the work based on the drawings and specifications.

Making relevant documents for the carried works.

Manage the manpower based on the requirements

Planning of Materials

Prepare measurement sheets.

Preparation, checking & verification of sub-contractors Bill.

Communicate and Co ordinate with other agencies for smooth progress of the works

Handing over to the user of the building with proper documentation
